The platform auto-syncs data, including GL account, department, and location with major ERPs while allowing users to download custom CSVs for their ERP systems. Brex gives users the ability to issue virtual and physical cards with custom spend limits, manage approvals, and track spend across categories on a single platform. While there are four default spend request types (individual travel, group travel, procurement, and general), admins can add custom request types, define currencies for each type, and set the overall budget for each type of spend. Brex uses OCR and AI to capture receipts, auto-populate fields, add memos, and set GLs, departments, and projects. BILL’s AI captures details from invoices that are emailed to a BILL.com email address or uploaded via a mobile phone or computer. Apart from flagging duplicate invoices, BILL AI can split documents that contain multiple invoices, and create a bill directly from emailed invoices. By integrating with accounting software, users can sync invoices with POs.
